Returns and Exchanges

Changed your mind? Need a different size or color? Don’t worry! We’re happy to offer complimentary returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, and remain in their original condition (i.e., original tags attached, no signs of wear, and soles of boots remain unscuffed) within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some restrictions and exceptions apply—details can be found below.

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from howdylandshop.com. Howdyland does not handle returns for products bought outside of our website.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit https://account.howdylandshop.com and follow the instructions provided. After completing the process, simply send your package back to us using the provided prepaid shipping label. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way once we’ve received and reviewed your return, or when your exchange is ready to ship.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it complies with our policy. We’ll inform you of the result, and if approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange.

Please allow up to 14 days for the return or exchange process to be completed once we receive your item. Shipping times for exchanges may vary, and we’ll notify you when your exchange has shipped, along with tracking details.

What are my options for returns?

Return your item using the prepaid shipping label, which is available by visiting https://account.howdylandshop.com and following the provided instructions. Please note that Howdyland cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

What is your return policy?

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products purchased from Howdyland through howdylandshop.com, including the mobile app.

Returns and exchanges are offered free of charge for products that are in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition (i.e., original tags attached, no signs of wear, unwashed, and soles in perfect condition) within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend trying boots on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the soles!

FINAL SALE: No returns, exchanges, or refunds on final-sale items.

Some exclusions and limitations include:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as 'final sale' or 'non-returnable' are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items bought at Howdyland outlet stores or warehouse sales cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must include all original tags, their original packaging (such as box or bag), and the shipping box in which they were delivered.
  • In cases of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, Howdyland reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges.
  • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it complies with our policy. We’ll inform you of the result. If the return is approved, you will either receive a refund to the original payment method or have your exchange item sent out.
